How can I get the "Best rate" ?
By booking directly through the hotel owner rather than through an intermediary, you automatically get the best possible rate. As we are aware of all the vacancies and the services offered by each room, we are able to advise you on the services wich offer you the best value for money. Thanks to our direct contact, we will make your stay a success!
How and when can I reach you?
Our reception service is open every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can call us on +32 4 50 73 50 14. In the event we are unavailable to answer you in less than 4 rings ( being in the restaurant, in the kitchen ...) you will be automatically directed to our voicemail. Do not hesitate to leave your contact details, we will make it a point of contacting you as soon as possible to process your request.

When can I access the wellness area?

Nothing to worry about, several services are at your disposal.
Hairdryers are available at the reception desk, you just need to make the request.
Bathrobes, bath towels and slippers are available for rent on a daily fee-basis. This service is 100% flexible, it's up to you to choose how long. Ask the Chabi team and we will be glad to inform you about the rates.
COVID-19 : is booking my summer stay a good idea ?
Yes. This will help us prepare your stay in the best conditions. In this period of uncertainty due to the current crisis, we are doing everything we can to help you plan your summer holiday peacefully:
